What is POD?

Items marked POD are print on demand drop shipped items. This means they are created when you order it! Everything is processed, fulfilled, and shipped by a third party.

Other items not marked POD are shipped by the shop unless otherwise indicated.

When will I get my order?

​

Print-on-Demand (POD) drop shipped orders take 1-4 weeks to fulfill and ship. The shipping time depends on the item(s) ordered and can take an additional 5-7 business days

 

Other orders placed by Wednesday at 5pm CT typically go out on the upcoming Saturday. If the order is placed after 5pm CT on Wednesday, the order will be sent the following week. Once shipped the order can take 5-10 business days (Monday-Friday) to arrive. 

 

No international orders at this time. 

 

My order seems to be delayed. What should I do?

Before contacting us directly:

● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.

● Ask your carrier if they are holding your package.

● Check with your neighbors just in case it was delivered to them by mistake.

 

If everything seems to be in order, use the contact form to get in touch with us. Please include your order number.

 

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

 

Because this is a small shop, returns and exchanges are not accepted. If there is an issue with you order please contact here.

 

How do I track my order?

If your shipping method includes tracking, you’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out.
